Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Tensr (Pty) Ltd (“Tensr”). Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Services marked “coming soon”

Web hosting, domain registration, Managed VPS, online website publishing and Tensr AI monitoring are not yet available to order online. When you reserve one on WhatsApp, you're registering interest only: no contract is formed and nothing is charged until we send you a written quote or order and you accept it. Prices shown for these services are planned prices and may change before launch.

Quotes

Quotes for IT disposal, Tensr AI and other services are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise. Work starts once you accept the quote in writing. IT disposal is also covered by a written service agreement that sets out the chain of custody, data erasure standard and certificates.

Pre-owned shop

• Reservations: reserving an item holds it for you for 48 hours with no obligation and no payment. We confirm availability and send you a payment link or EFT details. If you don't pay within 48 hours, we may release the item.
• Prices are in South African rands. Tensr is not VAT registered. Delivery costs are quoted before you pay.
• Condition: every device is data-wiped, tested and graded A, B or C as described on the site. Photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
• Warranty and returns: your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act apply to every item, including used goods. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.
• Cooling-off: if you buy online and have the item delivered, you may cancel within seven days of delivery under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Return the item in the condition you received it; we refund you within 30 days, less the direct cost of returning it.

Website builder

The builder is free to use. You own the text, photos and logo you add and the site you download, and you're responsible for having the right to use them. AI-written copy is a starting point: check it before you publish. The builder is provided as is, and your draft is saved only in your own browser.

Chat and AI features

The chat assistant and builder copy use AI and can make mistakes. Prices, availability and promises are confirmed only in a written quote or order from us.

Using this website

Don't misuse the website: no spam, no attempts to break its security and no automated scraping. We may block requests that look abusive.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. This doesn't limit liability that can't be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
