We don't currently subscribe to an industry code of conduct or an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If you're unhappy, contact us first at hello@tensr.co.za and we'll respond within five business days. You can also approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
We don't take card payments on this website. When you buy from us, we send you a secure payment link from our payment provider or our bank details for EFT. See our terms of service for prices, delivery, returns and cancellations, and our privacy policy for how we protect your information.
PAIA and POPIA requests
You can ask for records we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete your personal information. Send your request to our information officer at hello@tensr.co.za.
